ADXORB™ Activated Carbon works on the process of adsorption, where harmful chemicals and contaminants are attracted to the external surface of the carbon. They are trapped within the pore structure of the carbon media. The significant surface area of our activated carbon particles effectively maximises the adsorption of chemicals as they pass through the filter.

Activated Carbon Specifically for Different Chemical Applications
We use specific activated carbon depending on your application. Specific products are available for spraying pesticides and herbicides, as well as ammonia, and protecting from various fuel fumes.
Ultrasafe Activated Carbon Filters are specifically designed to work on the process of filtration through the 3 different layers of pads, to chemical absorption through the bed of activated carbon.
A good tractor cab filter achieves both dust and vapour capture. This is important because pesticides as aerosols are first stopped as airborne particles in a manner similar to dust filtration. The pesticides within the aerosols can then vaporise and could enter the cab of the tractor if not filtered by the activated carbon filter.
Ultrasafe’s activated carbon filters use specific layers of dust and particle filtration, followed by the important activated carbon layer.
