Ultrasafe Activated Carbon Filters are designed to effectively adsorb toxic matter from air that passes through the air-conditioning systems of tractor cabins, mining trucks and other vehicles working in hazardous environments.
How Do Our Chemical Filters Work?
Mesh: Australian Made heavy duty DVA mesh, resistant to corrosion, allows consistent air flow.
Ultrasafe Activated Carbon: Attracts harmful chemicals as they pass through the filter and adhere to the surface of these carbon granules or become trapped in the small pores of the activated carbon. This highly effective process is called adsorption.
Thermal Bonded Filter Media: High dust capture capacity: 80% effective at 0.4um. Made to standard EN779:2012. Protects the carbon layer from minute dust particles.
Black Foam Dust Pad: Unique 3 dimensional open cell structure with 28kg/m3 density. Aussie tested to AS2282. Efficiently captures initial dust exposure.
1,500 Unique Filters
Ultrasafe has designed over 1,500 unique filters to suit most tractor models, from John Deere, New Holland, Case IH, Kubota, and many other popular and lesser known brands.
Each filter has been carefully designed and tested to fit into the existing housing for perfect seal.
The highest demand filters are held in stock for quick despatch, and most other models are made on demand within 24 hours. We also design and develop new filters for new tractor models.
Our Filters are Reusable
Our filters are reusable, so they are good for the environment.
Leading the world market for reusable carbon filters, Ultrasafe provides a quick and efficient Express Recharge service. Once your filter is 12 months old simply send used filters back us for an Express Recharge.
Last year our customers saved over 5 tonnes of waste by recharging their filters with us compared to single use OEM filters! It’s equivalent to a household swimming pool of landfill saved.
Most filters are now supplied in secure vacuum sealed bags so you to store a spare filter for up to 6 months (depending on the conditions). Now you can keep a spare filter on hand for immediate installation.

Remember, activated carbon filters should be replaced minimum every 12 months.
