Ultrasafe filters are reusable. Your filter is an investment as it potentially lasts a lifetime. Once the activated carbon has been exhausted it will require replacement or reconditioning. You can replace the filter with new, or recondition at low cost.
Ultrasafe offers an Express Recharge service – return your filter for a full service and within days it should be back to you performing like new.
The other option is a DIY Kit – each filter has a specific DIY Kit to service your own filters. These are very popular for those confident to service their own filters. Many farmers keep DIY Kits on hand ready to conveniently service their filters.
Express Recharge service and DIY Kits are generally half the cost of buying a new filter.
Dust cabin filters do not protect you against chemicals.
Tractors come standard with dust cabin air filters. They are only designed to stop dust from entering your cabin – they do not remove chemicals!
Advice from Ultrasafe is to use your activated carbon filters when spraying, and replace them with your dust filters for general farm work.
This way your activated carbon filters will last longer and perform better.

Vineyard spraying with an ATV?
