Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ultrasafe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We follow the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which means you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a remedy if the product you purchased:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from the written description provided

appearance of the item received. Specifications, dimensions, and performance are as described in the product details.

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty and regardless of our store policy.

2. What is Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Incorrect choice or fit
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse

3. How to Request a Return

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@ultrasafe.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and let you know the next steps.

4. Returning Your Item

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • We will cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
  • When returning items at your own cost, you are responsible for ensuring they are packed securly.
  • Ultrasafe is not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
